- Teacher of the year is coming up, nominate if you see someone who has gone above and beyond
Behavior Data
- 2022-23
  - Office referrals this year were 311 which pormpted the goal below
  - Decrease number of behavior referrals by 20%
  - Concern about reported offenses and data changing or is it the same?
    - In the district code of conduct, there are levels of behavior that are used to guide the schools in LCSD to address behaviors.
  - Went through 2024-2025 behavior surveys and comments. If needed see Kandice if you like a copy

Trustland Budget update
- Survey teachers for Trustlands funds and teacher days
- 8k for books, programs, literacy programs
