  • Approve Minutes from March 11th
    • Minutes Approved
  • Report on Current School Plan implementation and budget
    • Teacher Summer Days
      • Teachers have a day to meet as a team during the summer.
    • Tech budget and iPads
      • Kandice has ordered the new iPads for next year.
    • Field Trips
      • Money for field trips has all been used.
    • Attendance/PBIS Incentives 
      • Attendance has improved throughout the school year this year. Different incentives have been implemented to help students get excited about being here at school. (ie. drawing for a $25 gift card, class party). 
      • Children who meet their GOLD Goals will get to run down the hall with Gold Pom-Poms, handprint on the wall, Brag Tags for their Y badge lanyard.
    • Aide Support 
      • The bulk of money goes towards aides in the classroom.
    • Celebrate student and school year successes
      • 2025-2026 School Photos Celebration 
        • YET+ Data 
          • We looked at the survey results from the staff and also from the parents.
          • Parents would appreciate progress reports - Survey
          • Teacher Survey
        • America 250 May Celebrations 
          • Students will be able to earn an American Flag Heart Pin after participating in activities dealing with America (ie. singing the National Anthem, reciting the Pre-Amble, etc.)
        • Currently testing and seeing great growth for many of our students
          • Looked at some of the current Acadience Reading scores from grade levels that have completed the Acadience Reading Assessment.
          • Talked about the RISE, NWEA, and Acadience Reading Assessments. We discussed the value of using these assessments in helping drive instruction to help students have success.
