   • Absenteeism & Procedures - Mr. Taggart reviewed the amount of absenteeism we have been experiencing this year and the procedures for addressing it
4. Boundary Change/DLI Move Update
   • Mr. Taggart updated the council on the Boundary change, open enrollment, and the DLI move to Hillcrest
5. Principal Change and Transition
   • Mr. Taggart shared the principal change information with the council and the steps being taken to ensure a smooth transition
6. School Improvement Plan for Next Year
   • Discussion of Needs and Proposals - The members discussed the current school improvement plan and suggestions for next year.
