2. Introduction to SCC
   1. ByLaws, Responsibilities, Duties and Elections
      • Watched a video regarding SCC and the responsibilities that are required of SCC
      • Reviewed the Rules of Order and Procedure Document
3. Recruiting new members
   • Electing a Chair
     • As of now, no one was elected as the Chair
4. Current School Improvement Plan
5. School Changes
   1. Landscaping, School Values/PBIS, Reading Initiative, Parent Conferences
      • Landscaping will be done in November
      • School Values/PBIS: Bear Values: I will Become my best self, Engage in the now, Achieve my goals, Respect myself, others and the school, Self-Regulate from within
      • Reading Initiative: Small classroom sizes. Focus on lower grade reading.
      • Parent Conferences: Parents will receive communication from the teachers in a monthly report from teachers on student progress. Class Dojo is being used to communicate between parents and teachers.
6. Schedule LIVE online School Trust training
   1. November 9 at 12:00pm or 7:00pm
      • We will be attending Nov 9, 2022 @ 7:00pm
   2. November 14 at 12:00pm or 7:00pm
