                           Welcome To
Bridger Elementary

We are a public elementary school located in beautiful Cache Valley. Bridger serves students preschool through fifth grade with an average of 500 students. At Bridger, we believe that empowering children to reach their highest potential is a partnership between educators and parents. We dedicate ourselves to giving our students a high quality education — engaging and nurturing, challenging and joyful — but we certainly can’t do it alone. We are committed to forging a close relationship with our Bridger community so that together we can ensure your child has a truly outstanding experience.
Kandice Goodman serves as the principal of Bridger Elementary. As an educator she started teaching first through fifth grades as a remedial teacher in Big Lake, Alaska. Then, she had the privilege of teaching third grade for ten years at Adams Elementary here in Logan. Later, she spent the four years working as an instructional coach at Woodruff Elementary. There she worked with teachers to reach their goals and improve student learning. As the principal, she is dedicated to ensuring every student will progress as they become productive citizens.

Bridger Elementary’s doors opened for the 2004- 2005 school year. It is the last named elementary school in the Logan School District.

Over the years, our school has served students from all over the world. Teachers have taught students from every continent except Antarctica.

We are proud to be a culturally diverse school. We appreciate that each student brings with them different interests, skills, talents, and needs.

We strongly encourage your active participation in our PTA and Community Council. Their efforts benefit both our students and faculty, and they welcome your comments and involvement. You can contact the office for more information on how to get involved.

We are a Title I school, which means we receive additional funding to support our students in reading, writing, and math. As a parent in a Title I school, your input is valuable, and you can provide feedback through the Community Council or directly to me concerning any Title I services.
